Metal
More than 10 times stronger than conventional pegboard
Metal pegboard panels accept slotted, stable, and more secure hooks, pegs, brackets, and shelves
Metal panel prevents the pegboard holes from fraying and wearing out over time
Metal pegboards are constructed with a pre-formed 3/4-inch flange that separates the panel storage surface from the wall
Pegboard panels mount directly into studs or sheet rock with no framework required
Customers find the pegboard system easy to install, taking less than an hour to set up, and appreciate its appearance and functionality. Moreover, the pegboard is sturdy and durable, with customers noting it’s strong enough to hold heavy items and won’t age or fall apart over time. Additionally, they value its versatility, being able to use both slot and traditional pegboard accessories, and find it well-constructed and solid. However, stability receives mixed feedback, with some customers reporting that pegs fall out with slight touch.
