Customers find these smart switches highly reliable and appreciate their easy connectivity with Alexa and Google, as well as their nice appearance. Moreover, they consider them a fantastic addition to any smart home, with one customer highlighting the ability to control both interior and exterior lights with schedules. However, customers report mixed experiences with controls and responsiveness – while some find them decent for the price, others consider them a waste of money, and while the response time is approximately 1 second, some mention a slight delay when touching to turn on. Additionally, several customers report reliability issues, with switches quitting working within three months.
