How does the camera stay powered?

The camera uses a rechargeable battery. The included 3W solar panel helps recharge it. Install the panel at a 45° angle in full, unobstructed sunlight. Partial shade will reduce charging efficiency.

Does the camera support 24/7 continuous recording?

No. This battery-powered camera is designed for motion-triggeered recording to save battery power, not continuous 24/7 recording.

What type of Wi-Fi connection does the camera support?

The camera supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and connects to both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks. It does not support LTE or other cellular connections.

Does the camera require a subscription or microSD card?

No subscription is needed to use the camera. Free 24-hour event cloud storage is included for life. A microSD card up to 512 GB (not included) adds local storage. Optional paid features are clearly marked.

What types of pets can the camera detect? Does it track people or vehicle?

It can detect dogs and cats. Other animals are not supported by the pet detection feature.

The camera only tracks people, not vehicle. Person tracking feature needs to be turned on in the App manually.
