Customers find the diffuser easy to use, particularly noting how quickly it connects to HVAC systems, and appreciate its functionality, with one mentioning it performs as well as Aroma360. They praise its value, noting it’s fraction of the price of main brand diffusers, and like its customizability, being able to set schedules by day and time. While some find it super quiet, others report it’s extremely loud, and opinions about the app usability are divided between those who find it very user-friendly and those who consider it awful. Durability receives mixed feedback, with some saying it lasts for a while while others report it only works for 6 months.
