Customers find the toilet seat to be of good quality, easy to clean, and appreciate that it makes the toilet look like new. The functionality is positive, with customers noting it works well on Mansfield toilets, and they consider the price-to-quality ratio favorable. The sturdiness and material receive mixed feedback – while some find it sturdy, others report hinges breaking after two months, and while the plastic feels of good quality, some mention it should be made with thicker material. The seat’s stability is also mixed, with some saying it stays in place well while others note it slams shut when closing.
