Does it record 24/7?

Yes — unlike most cameras that only record motion clips, this one supports true AOV continuous recording. Just insert a microSD card (up to 256GB, not included) and nothing is missed, even between motion events.

Do I need a monthly subscription?

No. Insert a microSD card and your recordings are stored locally with free playback anytime in the blurams app. Cloud storage is just an optional extra — never required.

Does it connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi, or only 2.4GHz?

Both — dual-band Wi-Fi 6 gives you faster, more stable outdoor streaming than 2.4GHz-only cameras. Pair near your router first, then mount where you need it.

Will the solar panel keep it charged?

For daily use, yes — 1 hour of sunlight keeps it running, and the detachable panel means you can mount the camera in shade while the panel stays in direct sun. That’s flexibility most solar cameras can’t offer.

Will it spam me with false alerts?

The on-device AI distinguishes people, vehicles, and pets — you can set detection zones and sensitivity so you only get alerted for what matters, not insects or tree shadows.

4K Ultra HD Solar Security Camera 2-Pack with 12000mAh Battery: Capture sharp 4K Ultra HD video with clear details of people, vehicles, packages, and outdoor activity. The 2-pack lets you monitor two areas at once, while the 12000mAh rechargeable battery and solar charging provide reliable power for wire-free outdoor monitoring around driveways, yards, garages, and front doors.
5W Detachable Solar Panel for Flexible Outdoor Charging: Each camera comes with a 5W detachable solar panel that can be mounted directly on the camera or installed separately to capture better sunlight. Adjust each panel according to your outdoor environment to help maintain battery power and reduce frequent manual charging.
24/7 AOV Recording with microSD Card up to 256GB: Go beyond motion-triggered clips with AOV Always-On Video recording. Each camera supports a microSD card up to 256GB (not included), allowing the 2-pack to provide extended continuous footage across two monitoring areas for more complete outdoor coverage and convenient playback when you need to see what happened.
On-Device AI Detection with 355° Pan & 90° Tilt: Monitor a wider area with 355° pan and 90° tilt control through the blurams App. On-device AI processes detection directly on each camera and supports person, vehicle, pet, motion, and sound detection for more responsive alerts. Custom Frame Alarm and Line Crossing Alarm help monitor the areas that matter most.
Color Night Vision & IP66 Weather Resistance for Day-Night Security: Keep watch day and night with Color Night Vision, two-way audio, and IP66 weather resistance. With two cameras, monitor different areas of your property from the blurams App. Local microSD storage and optional cloud storage provide flexible recording options, while Alexa compatibility makes it easy to integrate with your smart home.
Customers find the security camera’s picture quality excellent, providing clear images day and night, and appreciate its value for the price. The camera’s wireless connectivity receives mixed feedback – while some find it easy to connect to Wi-Fi, others report it never connects to the internet. The motion detection and video recording features also get mixed reviews, with some noting it picks up every little movement while others find it too sensitive, and while it records good footage, some mention it only records for 25 hours.
