Customers find the remote control works well with Samsung TVs, particularly older models, and appreciate its illuminated buttons. However, they report issues with button responsiveness, noting they’re too soft and mushy, and functionality, with some buttons stopping working after 6 months. Moreover, durability is a concern as it only lasts for a few days, and while some find it easy to pair with Samsung TVs, others couldn’t get it to work with their devices. The quality and value for money receive mixed reviews, with some finding it great while others consider it junk and not worth the price.
