Customers praise the grinder’s consistent performance, particularly its ability to make fine espresso grind coffee, and appreciate its wide range of precise adjustable settings. Moreover, they find it easy to clean, with the removable bottom tray making cleanup a snap. However, the grinder’s reliability and durability receive mixed feedback – while some report it works well and lasts 3-4 years, others mention it stopped working after 4 months or broke after 20 uses. Additionally, customers disagree on the noise level and value for money, with some finding it quieter than others and worth the price, while others consider it too loud and not worth the cost.
