Customers find the pole saw performs well, cutting through four-inch branches quickly and handling limbs from 2-6 inches with ease. They appreciate its battery life, value for money, and ease of use. The weight receives mixed feedback, with some finding it lightweight while others say it’s too heavy to use on the pole. The reach and sturdiness also get mixed reviews – while customers like the longer reach, some note it’s not 14 feet as advertised, and the pole feels flimsy.
