Customers find the door chime works well and appreciate its volume control with three levels and over 50 different chime tones. However, the reliability and durability receive negative feedback, with multiple customers reporting it stops working after a month and breaks within four months. Moreover, the adhesive issues are significant, with customers noting that it won’t stay adhered to the door frame. Additionally, the sound quality receives mixed reviews, with some finding it loud while others say it’s not loud enough.
