Customers find the pole saw performs well, with one mentioning it cuts through oak like there’s no tomorrow, and they appreciate its phenomenal battery life. The tool is easy to use and strong, though some report issues with the chain popping off. The weight and reach receive mixed feedback – while some find it lightweight, others say it’s heavy, and while many praise the reach, others note it’s not 13 feet long as advertised. Value for money is also mixed, with some finding it worth the price while others consider it too expensive.
