Customers find the food processor enjoyable to use. However, the product receives negative feedback across multiple aspects: it doesn’t work well, won’t stay charged long enough, and is very weakly made. Moreover, customers report durability issues, with one customer noting that the blade falls out when the machine is turned on. Additionally, the slicing performance is poor, with one customer mentioning it couldn’t even handle quartered cucumbers.
