Product description

1 For Car Roof 2 For Kayak 3 Above Garage Door

Can it be installed on a sloping ceiling (not horizontal)?

No, it cannot. The shelving unit would tilt, posing a risk of items falling.

What kind of garage is it suitable for?

The ceiling should be constructed of wooden beams or concrete. If wooden beams, the appropriate beam spacing is 12/16/24 inches. And the length of the axle is 71”, please make sure the beam is of sufficient length.

Is it suitable for a ceiling height exceeding 10 feet?

We sincerely recommend ceilings not exceeding 10 feet. The maximum length of the pole used for raising or lowering the deck is 4 feet, so if the ceiling is higher than 10 feet, you may need to stand on a ladder to reach the pole.

Issue: Uneven wire deck (higher on the pulley side).

If the rope passes through the axle from below, it indicates an incorrect rotation direction of the pole. Please lower the wire deck to its lowest position and Turn the winding rod anticlockwise to lift the deck.

Why is my wire deck not level?

Please ensure the following four points during installation: Was it installed using installation template? Is the ceiling level? Is the installation distance correct? Is the direction of the rotating handle correct?

LIFTING DESIGN: Use the included hand crank or power drill (not included) to raise and lower the garage storage rack, making it easy to place items without a ladder. The maximum lifting range is 79″, and the suitable ceiling height is less than 10 feet.
STURDY AND SAFE: Double rope design provides additional security compared to a single rope. The pressure-rivet design ensures a secure connection to prevent the shelf from falling. Specially designed safety lock prevents any movement when not in use.
HIGH QUALITY: Constructed with heavy-duty steel and premium hardware, this product is rigorously tested to handle a total of 600 lbs, ensuring unmatched safety and durability. Safely loads up to 350 lbs.
MAXIMIZE GARAGE SPACE: The 4×4 ft deck offers you with the perfect garage storage solution, protecting your belongings and using garage ceiling space to store seasonal and unused items.
Customers find the storage rack worth the money and appreciate its space-saving design, perfect for storing garage clutter. The installation process receives mixed feedback – while some find it fairly easy to install, others consider it a challenge. The lifting mechanism works flawlessly for many customers, though some report uneven lifting. The mounting instructions and cable management also receive mixed reviews, with some praising the instructions while others find them inadequate, and several customers note issues with cable lengths. The stability of the rack is problematic, with customers reporting that the platform remains uneven by four inches front to back.
