Customers find the hedge trimmer effective for trimming bushes and palm trees, with good battery life of about 30 minutes and powerful performance. However, the trimmer receives mixed feedback about its value for money, with some saying it’s worth every penny while others consider it not worth the cost. Moreover, customers report significant reliability issues, with the trimmer lasting only 2 minutes before stopping. Additionally, the blade movement is problematic, as it jams when hitting branches and locks up after 10 minutes of use. The weight is also a concern, with customers finding it quite heavy.
