Customers find the hammer drill powerful and reliable, particularly noting its effectiveness in drilling through concrete walls and brick walls. The tool offers good value for money, and one customer mentions it worked well for basement framework construction. However, durability is a concern as customers report the drill breaking after 5 hours or the handle cracking after 2 days of use. Additionally, the chuck durability is problematic as bits keep falling out during use, and several customers mention issues with the motor smoking, especially with low or limited use.
