Customers find the file boxes work well for their needs and appreciate their capacity, noting they can hold up to 13 grades’ worth of records and letter-size hanging files. The size is bigger than expected, and they stack nicely. However, durability is a concern as some units arrive cracked and broken, and the lids don’t snap on or stay secure. While some customers find them worth the price, others consider them poor value for money.
