Customers like the towel bar’s shiny chrome finish and find it easy to install, with one mentioning it comes with a template for accurate hole drilling. The size is suitable for small bathrooms, and customers appreciate its capacity to hold two towels. However, customers disagree on the bar’s sturdiness, with some finding it very sturdy while others say it’s not sturdy at all. Moreover, the mounting hardware receives criticism, with customers noting that the set screws are too small. Additionally, stability is a concern as the bar keeps falling off the wall base clip.
