Customers find the smart switch easy to install and appreciate its versatility, with one mentioning it can be used on separate lights. The connectivity works well with Smart Life app and Amazon Echo devices, though some report connection issues. The reliability and value for money receive mixed feedback, with some saying it works great while others report it stops working and consider it poor value. The durability is concerning, with multiple units failing within days of use, and the controls require multiple commands to turn lights on or off.
