This rack fits Greenmade and American Plastics 27-gallon bins sold at Costco, Lowes, and Sams Club. It does not fit HDX or Target 27-gallon bins. Confirm fit by checking that your bin lid measures approximately 20.25 x 30.25 inches.

No. This listing is for the bin rack only and does not include 27-gallon bins.

Can I access the bottom bins without unstacking the ones above?
