Product description

Why does my bulb stay off during daytime?

No worries, this is by design! The bulb only turns on at dusk or night to save energy. Keep the wall switch on, aim the sensor down, and test in darkness. Reach out to support if issues persist.

Is the device motion sensitivity low?

It’s usually a setup issue. Think of the bulb sensor as an eye: aim it toward regular walking paths. It delivers a 120° detection angle with a maximum 16‑ft sensing range. Never install it inside fully enclosed light fixtures！

Incorrect light duration (too short / too long), or only one bulb works?

Boxlood motion sensor bulbs remain lit for 30‑50 seconds after motion ceases. Continuous nearby movement may disrupt the timing function. If one bulb fails to light up, keep a 3‑meter gap between bulbs to prevent interference.

Does it work through enclosed fixtures?

No! It is not compatible with sealed or enclosed fixtures. You must use an open‑style fixture so the sensor stays exposed and points downward. Send us photos of your light fixture via Amazon message if you are unsure.

Product not as expected?

We offer 3‑year support. Please don’t return directly. Message us on Amazon first. We target issue resolution within 24h, faster than regular returns.
