This cook system is the best. I use it mostly for air frying and toasting. It comes with one air fry tray but I bought a second to feed everyone in one go. It's compact considering how much space it has the oven its self isn't super hot to the touch but heats food without a problem. It's sleek and easy to use. It is very much worth the investment.

Not great. It's pretty clear it wasn't refurbished well. It cooks poorly compared to a brand new version of the same appliance. It didn't come with instructions manuals, but came with a QR code to scan to retrieve a digital version of the manuals. When I tried it, their website said they had no manuals for this series. I don't have any faith it will last long.

Had since dec 2025 the oven is malfunctioning can't get any help . Any help will be appreciated.Amazon says not ther problem and the seller says it's it's under ninja warranty .They say it's not .
