Customers find the fitness watch great, easy to set up and use, and appreciate its functionality, with one customer noting it does more than their old Fitbit. The device accurately tracks steps and heart rate, and customers consider it a good value for the price. Battery life and compatibility receive mixed reviews – while some say it charges fast and pairs seamlessly with phones, others report it only lasts a couple of days and isn’t compatible with iPhone/iOS. Accuracy is also mixed, with some finding it very accurate while others say it’s not as precise as they’d like.
