Customers find the remote control works seamlessly with Samsung TVs and serves as an exact replica of the original, with no setup or programming required. The button responsiveness receives mixed feedback – while some say they do what they’re supposed to, others report having to push them multiple times for them to work. Durability is a concern as many report it stops working within three months, and battery life is also mixed, with some customers noting it drains quickly.
