I can’t add the camera to my app for viewing, why?

For initial setup, pair the device outdoors with a strong signal, then install it at your desired location.

Why is the camera constantly offline?

Make sure the camera is fully charged; ensure the camera is successfully connected to a 4G network; provide the virtual ID to Sansco to help switch network carriers.

How can I reduce frequent false positives?

We suggest enabling “human detection” or adjust “Alarm Sensitivity Level” in the “TUYA”app to minimize motion-triggered alert.

Do I need to pay monthly fees or extra costs for other features?

No. Video viewing and playback are free with no subscription required. Optional SMS services incur additional fees but is optional.

How to position the camera for best performance?

Mount it 8–10 ft high; avoid facing monitoring areas directly to eliminate blind spots.
