Customers find the touchless toilet flush kit to be better than Kohler alternatives and appreciate its easy, quick installation. The product’s durability receives mixed feedback, with some units lasting over two years while others fail within six months. The flush performance, battery life, adjustability, and sensitivity receive mixed reviews – while some customers report no phantom flushing and longer-lasting batteries, others experience issues with the toilet not flushing properly and the sensor losing sensitivity within three months.
