Customers find the smart lock easy to install and use, with a user-friendly app and excellent security features. However, the Bluetooth connectivity receives mixed feedback – while some say it works wonderfully, others report it barely connects. Moreover, the lock’s durability is concerning, with multiple customers reporting it breaking after three months or failing within a year and a half. Value for money is also mixed, with some finding it worth the price while others say it’s not worth the extra $130.
