Customers find the remote control superior to the OEM version and appreciate its backlit features, with one customer noting how the backlight makes it easy to operate. However, the reliability receives mixed feedback – while it works well initially, some report it stops working after one month. Moreover, the button responsiveness and usability are problematic, with customers reporting stuck buttons and poor usability. Additionally, durability is a concern as customers report it breaking within a month, and opinions on value are divided between those who find it worth the money and those who consider it not worth the investment.
